What Messages Will Be Sent
By opting in to The Reset Regimen SMS program, you may receive automated text messages related to: assessment reminders, care-navigation updates, symptom check-in prompts, and escalation alerts. Messages are informational only and do not constitute medical advice or emergency monitoring.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 3 messages per week during active monitoring. Message frequency depends on your assessment status and care-navigation activity.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. The Reset Regimen does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge standard messaging fees.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message after opting out. You may also opt out by contacting us at support@theresetregimen.com.

Consent Not Required
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or use of The Reset Regimen platform. You may use the Platform without opting in to text messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier. The Reset Regimen does not guarantee message delivery.
Compatibility
Our SMS program is compatible with major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most other carriers. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are used solely for sending assessment, monitoring, and care-navigation messages.
