- Protected health information: Assessment responses, clinician notes, routing decisions.
- Internet activity: Browsing history on our Platform, interactions with the assessment.
- Geolocation data: Approximate location derived from IP address (used for clinician licensing compliance).
Your California Rights
- Right to Know: You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
HIPAA Exception
Protected health information (PHI) that is collected, used, or disclosed in accordance with HIPAA is exempt from the CCPA. This means that your assessment responses and clinical data are governed by HIPAA rather than the CCPA. Non-clinical data (such as website browsing behavior) remains subject to the CCPA.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To submit a request, email privacy@theresetregimen.com with "California Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 45 days.
